'Men want me to do live streaming': Bikini designer to the stars who has fitted the Duchess of Cambridge, Kim Kardashian and Gwyneth Paltrow admits she's seen them ALL naked

Being a bikini designer to the stars has made Melissa Odabash exceedingly wealthy but she has joked that she could make an even larger fortune if she streamed the scenes from her Notting Hill boutique online.

At her studio, the 46-year-old former model has made bespoke swimwear for everyone from the Duchess of Cambridge to Kate Moss and Kim Kardashian.

The stars are keen to snap her fashionable designs, which she can then personally fit to ensure they perfectly flatter their figure.

'I have seen all these women naked!' Melissa confirmed as she showed presenter Ruth Langsford pictures of her well-known clientele wearing her designs, as she was interviewed on the Channel 5 show How The Other Half Lives.

Melissa joked: 'A lot of men when I go out say I should do live streaming from the office as that would be a huge!'

The list of those who have worn Melissa's swimwear on their holidays is a who's who of the showbiz world.

She's dressed models including Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Cindy Crawford and Heidi Klum, popstars such as Pixi Lott and Rihanna and Oscar winners like Kate Winslet and Gwyneth Paltrow.

One of her best customers is Elle Macpherson and Melissa admits you can't get a better advertisement than than the beauty nicknamed 'the body' wearing her swimwear.

She said she is willing to do any design she wants as she is such a prized client. 

'If Elle Macpherson likes one style I will do it in all colours that aren't in my range,' she said.

'I understand they (stars) don't want to be like everyone else so for special clients I will do different colours.

'I couldn't ask for better muse then Elle, she is amazing.'

As well as being the stars go-to bikini designer, Melissa is also popular with the masses who can afford her swimwear - with prices starting from £75 for a two piece.

You Magazine previously revealed how she is one of department store Harvey Nichols bestselling brands. 

They calculated that if all the Melissa Odabash bikinis they have sold were laid out in a line, it would reach the top of The Shard 24 times over.

It is success the former model, who grew up in a middle-class suburb in New Jersey, never believed she could achieve.

After travelling the world modelling bikinis, she decided to start designing her own in 1999.

Her big break came when Harvey Nichols agreed to stock her collection and she has developed her brand with the help of her strategist husband Nicolas de Santis.

The mother-of-two has built her reputation up over the years so the stars love her designs as well as her personal service.

Still with model looks of her own, she can showcase her designs as well as any celebrity but having the royal seal of approval, with Kate loving her swimwear, has also boosted her business. 

Melissa told Ruth it has been a dream come true to have such a popular business.

I never thought I would make a penny when I started so I still can't believe my success,' she said.

Speaking to the presenter for her show on 'how the other half live', Melissa said if anyone wants to follow in her footsteps, they first need to find a job they love. 

She said: 'I am so grateful for everything I have. But money has never been my drive. I know a lot of wealthy people and they are not happy.

'So don't do something if you think it will make you a lot of money. Do something you love, that you want to wake up and do in the morning and love what you do.
